What Meeting Context actually does

Meeting Context lets you attach one preparation resource — a web link or a file already saved on your computer — to a specific upcoming meeting. A few minutes before that meeting starts, Auto Join Meetings reminds you to open it, the same way it already reminds you the meeting itself is about to begin.

One resource per meeting. Pick the single most useful thing: the agenda, the deck, the client brief, the spreadsheet.
Link or local file. Point it at a URL, or at a file you already have saved locally — no uploading required.
Timed reminder. It surfaces before the meeting, not during, so you actually have time to glance at it.

Where your data goes: nowhere

Meeting Context is local-only. The link or file reference you attach is stored on your own device, not uploaded to Auto Join Meetings' servers. How it fits with the rest of the workflow

Meeting Context doesn't replace the core automation — it sits right alongside it. You still get your meeting tab opened automatically from your connected Google Calendar or Outlook a few minutes before start; Meeting Context just makes sure the material you need is part of that same reminder, instead of something you have to hunt for separately. Together, that's the difference between arriving on time and arriving ready.

Who this is for

Meeting Context is most useful if your day involves back-to-back calls with different stakeholders — client check-ins, sales calls, recurring team syncs — where each meeting needs its own specific material. If every one of your meetings pulls from the same shared doc, you may not need it as much. Getting started
